Natalie Elizabeth Bartlett was born in Oswego Hospital on Aug. 23, 2011.
She weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and was 21 inches long.
She is the daughter of Kali Elizabeth McDougall and Michael Lee Bartlett, of Oswego.
