Nevan John Deveney was born in Oswego Hospital on Aug. 16, 2015, at 6:39 a.m.
He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
He is the son of Steven Deveney and Jennifer Torrese, of Oswego.
