Owen Thomas Johnson was born in Oswego Hospital on Jan. 13, 2017, at 8:24 a.m.
He weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
He is the son of Samantha Charles and Travis Johnson, of Pennellville.
