Owen Truman Weller was born in Oswego Hospital on August 2, 2018, at 4:15 p.m.
He weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20 inches long.
He is the son of Lisa Lwieanski and Colin Weller, of Baldwinsville.
