Paisley Louise Nelson was born in Oswego Hospital on Oct. 24, 2015, at 6:32 a.m.
She weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of John and Cassandra Nelson, of Hannibal.
