Payten Wayne Lavaway-Milliken was born in Oswego Hospital on Jan. 23, 2012.
He weighed 5 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19.25 inches long.
He is the son of Mikayla Milliken and Sean Lavaway, of Fulton.
