Penelope Eva Brown was born in Oswego Hospital on Dec. 19, 2016, at 12:14 p.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19.75 inches long.
She is the daughter of Dan Brown Jr. and Darcie Thompson, of Weedsport.
