Raina Marie Kilmer

Raina Marie Kilmer was born in Oswego Hospital on Feb. 20, 2014.
She weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces and was 22 inches long.
She is the daughter of Emily McLaughlin and Jesse Kilmer, of Oswego.
