Richard Dawson Hawthorne was born in Oswego Hospital on Jan. 9, 2016, at 7:26 a.m.
He weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
He is the son of Veronica Blandford and Robert Hawthorne, of Oswego.
