Riley Lynn Howard was born in Oswego Hospital on Dec. 16, 2015, at 8 a.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 21 inches long.
She is the daughter of Tara Coppedge and Randy Howard Jr., of Oswego.
