Ryan Jacob Perrigo was born in Oswego Hospital on Aug. 16, 2011.
He weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
He is the son of Ashley DeSalvatore and Brian Perrigo II , of Pulaski.
