Ryker Elias Chesbro was born in Oswego Hospital on September 13, 2017, at 10:50 p.m.
He weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19.5 inches long.
He is the son of Stephanie Fitzgerald and Justin Chesbro, of Oswego.
