Samantha JoAnna Bradshaw was born in Oswego Hospital on Feb. 21, 2017, at 2:14 a.m.
She weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20.25 inches long.
She is the daughter of Melissa Bradshaw and Tim Cloonan, of Oswego.
