Shilah Reitz

Shilah Reitz was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 13, 2013.
She weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Victoria Hobart and Phillip Reitz, of Oswego.
