Skylar Lynn LaClaire was born in Oswego Hospital on September 24, 2017, at 6:11 p.m.
She weighed 9 pounds, 14 ounces and was 21 inches long.
She is the daughter of Caitlyn Delaney and Georg LaClaire, of Palermo.
