Skyler Lowe

Skyler Lowe was born in Oswego Hospital on Aug. 27, 2013.
He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 19 inches long.
He is the son of Samantha Farsaci and Sean Lowe, of Bernhands Bay.
