Sofea Rose Bartell was born in Oswego Hospital on October 30, 2017, at 9:24 p.m.
She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 inches long.
She is the daughter of Devon Bartell and Nikkia Mackey, of Altmar.
