Sophia Louise Lacky and Vanessa Rose Lacky were born in Oswego Hospital on Sept. 23, 2013.
Sophia weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Vanessa weighed 5 pounds, 7 ounces and was also 19 inches long.
They are the twin daughters of Isabella Lackey, of Hannibal.
