Sophia Lyanna Smith was born in Oswego Hospital on Oct. 15, 2016, at 5:43 p.m.
She weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Jonathan Smith and Amanda Ellison, of Oswego.
