Sullivan Joseph Smegelsky was born in Oswego Hospital on Oct. 5, 2015, at 10:14 p.m.
He weighed 9 pounds, 10 ounces and was 21.75 inches long.
He is the son of Joseph and Shana Smegelsky, of Oswego.
