Thomas Gunther Jones was born in Oswego Hospital on Oct. 11, 2015, at 1:22 p.m.
He weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
He is the son of Rebekah and Ryan Jones, of Fulton.
