Thomas LeRoy Greer was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 29, 2016, at 2:57 p.m.
He weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
He joins a big sister, Sherry.
He is the son of Lisa and Thomas Greer, of Mexico.
