Treesa Mae Hines was born in Oswego Hospital on Sept. 21, 2012.
She weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19 inches long.
She is the daughter of Jessica Lynn Hines and Andrew Henrey Blowers, of Fulton.
