Oswego Health Offers Diabetes Support Group

OSWEGO – Led by Certified Diabetes Educators from Oswego Health, we are happy to share that we have started back up the monthly diabetes support group!
If you or someone you know has diabetes, this group is free and open to all.
The group meets the first Thursday of every month at Springside at Seneca Hill. Each group focuses on a different diabetes topic with the opportunity to learn and share.
Next meeting is Thursday, April 6 from 10-11 a.m.
