FULTON – Parents of Special Children presents its annual Jam-BOWL-ee chicken BBQ fundraiser, to be held on Saturday, May 19, from noon until 3 p.m., at Lakeview Lanes, Fulton.
The family event will include a bowl-a-thon, chicken barbecue, door prizes, raffles, and a delicious bake sale.
Proceeds from the event will support the agency’s programming and continuation of family functions for individuals with developmental disabilities such as: Breakfast with Santa, ice cream socials, dances, trainings and sports/recreation programs.
“The Jam-BOWL-ee is a tradition for the families we serve, along with the members of our community,” said board president Monica Stoutenger. “It’s a great opportunity for everyone to come together in an inviting, fun and entertaining environment.”
