OSWEGO – With support from the Beacon Hotel, Parents of Special Children will host its fourth annual AIM High with PSC, featuring an evening with NFL alumni, Leroy Collins.
It will be held on October 21 at the Beacon Hotel in Oswego from 6 – 7:30 p.m.
The agency is inviting the community to hear Leroy’s story as he shares his life experiences and how, after a near-death accident as a child, he surpassed everyone’s expectations and went on to accomplish many great things.
Collins holds college degrees from Alfred State College, the University of Louisville and the California University of Pennsylvania.
After completing his Master of Sport Management degree, he played for the Washington Redskins and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
He is the president of the Syracuse Strong Amateur Football team and owner of LC Elite Sport Consulting & PBF Studio.
He also sits on the boards of the Syracuse Sports Corporation and the Syracuse Silver Knight Foundation.
Originally from Hudson, NY, Collins and his wife, Kristen, reside in Fulton with their three boys.
Following Collins’ presentations, there will be a small panel of additional community members for a questions and answers session and a short amount of time for networking.
This is sure to be an evening of inspiration and motivation.
