Fulton, NY – In an effort to support the United Way’s Success By 6 ‘Stuff-A-Bus’ campaign, Pathfinder Bank is conducting an in-house collection of school supplies and selling ‘Paper Buses’ to help raise money to purchase school supplies that are less likely to be donated, such as backpacks and calculators, for students in Oswego County who are in need for the upcoming school year.
The United Way’s Success By 6 program is looking to ‘Stuff- A-Bus’ with school supplies. “Every year, hundreds of children in Oswego County will enter school without the necessary school supplies and hundreds more will run out of the necessary supplies before the school year is over,†said Bonnie Holmes, Director of the United Way’s Success By 6 Program. “We are happy to have Pathfinder Bank join us in our ‘Stuff-A- Bus’ campaign and help us provide those less fortunate with the school supplies they need.â€Â
Pathfinder Bank is selling ‘Paper Buses’ and collecting school supplies at all seven of its Oswego County locations. Donations will be accepted at these locations now thru the culmination of the event on Friday, August 14th.
