She volunteered many years advocating for children with learning disabilities.

Along with antiquing she was an avid gardener and crafter.

Her home and yard offer testimony to her unique talents and creativity.

Pat will be remembered as a funny, quirky, loving and determined woman.

She left a remarkable impression and forever touched the lives of every person she knew or knew of her.

In a quote from Luke, “Aunt Pat was the best, the most amazing woman ever.”

She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her husband of 40 years, Allen; two children, Charles Lucas and Tanya Lucas; four siblings, Linda Shepard, Carol Randall, Peggy Curran and Peter Curran and as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life, a feast, a reunion of family and friends will be held at a later date, as Pat’s wishes.

Pat was my freind and family. We did many things together. From auctions, antique shows, grace sales flee market, she introduced me to the weight group tops. I remember I use the run in to her at school. She has been a family friend for over 25 years. I remember her putting up with my anxiety attacks . We called them “episodes” it was a inside joke between us. She was one of my many moms I have had in my life.I will miss you. Love you Patricia Lucas.
