OSWEGO, NY – Paul E. “Ted” Fultz, 80, a resident of State Route 104, passed away on Saturday Nov. 12, 2011, at his home with his family by his side.
Born in Oswego, he was a son of the late John and Mabel (Brady) Fultz and had attended Oswego schools.
He was retired from the Oswego City School District in 1991 after 31 years of service.
Mr. Fultz was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the Korean War from 1951-1953.
He was an avid hunter and golfer.
He loved to tinker with things in his garage, but above all he loved the time he spent with his family.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, the former M. Olive DeSantis; three children, John (Carol) Fultz, Elizabeth (Michael) Germain and Gary (Theresa) Fultz all of Oswego; a brother, John (Barbara) Fultz of Oswego; nine grandchildren, Christina, Melissa, Michelle E., Tracy, Michelle L., Brian, John, Michael and Andrew; three sisters -in-law, Theresa Fultz, Adele DeSantis and Agnes McGann; and six great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his son, Kenneth Fultz in 1964; four brothers, Thomas Sr., Joseph, Francis and James Fultz; and three sisters, Genevieve Hough, Cecil VanDerLinden and Mary Schaffer.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9 a.m. from St. Mary’s Church.
Burial will be in Rural Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dowdle Funeral Home on Tuesday from 3-7 p.m.
