The Spring Showcase at Paul V. Moore High School will be on May 5. This year, it has been designed to highlight several areas of the high school environment throughout the evening.
The event will kick off at 5:30 p.m. with district students displaying their artwork in the commons area of the building for our annual “Art in the Atrium.”
The Art Department will also hold a silent art auction in the cafeteria. Bidding will start at 5:30 p.m. and end at 7 p.m.
Returning again this year, students from the Honors Earth Science and Living Environment program will offer presentations of their year-long research projects.
These presentations will be ongoing from 5:30 until 8 p.m. in various rooms in the science wing, located on the second floor of the high school.
In addition, a very special individual will be honored for his contribution and dedication to the Fine Arts program in our Central Square community at the annual Central Square Central School District Hall of Fame for the Visual and Performing Arts Induction Ceremony.
This ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. in the gymnasium and will be followed immediately by “Cabaret” presented by the high school’s music department.
The community is encouraged to please join in our effort to showcase the accomplishments and talents of our local students at Paul V. Moore High School.
Students and staff have been hard at work to make this annual event an evening that will be rewarding for all who attend.
