Entertainment To Highlight Catholic Charities’ Fall Gala

OSWEGO, NY – Great music and live comedy will highlight Catholic Charities of Oswego County’s Inaugural Fall Gala.  Scheduled for Sept. 16, the event will be held at the American Foundry.

The Cortini Brothers Jazz Band, featuring Joanna Jewett and Tommy Ciappa on vocals, will provide the musical entertainment for Catholic Charities of Oswego County’s Inaugural Fall Gala.

Entertainment for the evening includes music from the Cortini Brothers Jazz Band, featuring Joanna Jewett and Tommy Ciappa on vocals, and a performance from nationally renowned comedian, Brandon Dyer.

The smooth jazz sounds of the Cortini Brothers Jazz Band, combined with the powerful and unique voices of Jewett and Ciappa have made them one of the area’s most sought after bands.

Known for his original, clever, and edgy comedy, Dyer has delighted audiences throughout the country with a clean, smart, and insightful comedic performance that is suitable for all audiences.

In addition to the entertainment, Catholic Charities’ Fall Gala offers those attending an elegant evening of fine food with a dinner choice of either beef tenderloin and shrimp or veggie primavera.  There will also be a silent auction with a limited number of select items to bid on.

All proceeds from Catholic Charities’ Inaugural Fall Gala will be used to help the agency meet the growing demand on its food pantry and the other programs that it offers for families and individuals in need throughout Oswego County.
