Pet of the Week – Cher

OSWEGO – Cher was your basic teenage mother, but she stepped up to the plate and raised her five babies in her foster home and they are all fine.

She is ready to be a teenager again in her own home.

She likes other cats, especially Sonny (get it?), the last of her babies still looking for a home.

She is tolerant of huge dogs.

She’s not one of those cats who follows you around stroking your ego.

She is quiet and independent and likes to nap in any comfortable spot.

Maybe with the responsibilities of motherhood past her she will revert back to adolescence – maybe not.

Whatever happens, she will always be elegant, with piercing soulful eyes.

If you have no problems with self-esteem, she is the cat for you.

Please contact her foster mom, Amy, at 315-216-4333 or [email protected] or the OCHS office at 315-207-1070 or email [email protected] for information on adoption.

Do you have a rug that she would look especially striking on?
