Players, Art Association Present Paranormal Investigation Results In Two Shows

OSWEGO – Most people believe that when the curtain closes at the theater and the lights are turned off, that the building becomes quiet.

That is not the case in the Frances Marion Brown Theater and the full Oswego Civic Arts Center at Fort Ontario.

Soul Searchers, a paranormal investigation team has documented a variety of activities in the building and will be presenting its results at two shows on Oct. 1 in the theater.

Soul Searches is a paranormal investigative organization dedicated to using scientific method to determine alternate explanations for supernatural activity experienced during an investigation.

Evidence that cannot be explained logically is considered paranormal.

The shows will present video and sound bites of recorded activity in the Arts Center.

Soul Searchers’ founder and lead investigator Shawn Dibello, will give the presentation and has offered to lead raffle winners at the shows on their next investigation of the building in search of the unknown.

“When the Curtain Closes the Theater Comes Alive” shows will be at 5 and 7 p.m. on Oct. 1 in the Frances Marion Brown Theater of the Oswego Civic Arts Center.

Tickets can be ordered through the Players’ box office at 343-5138.
