Players Present Second Weekend of ‘A Christmas Story’

OSWEGO – The Oswego Players will present a second weekend of the final production of its 80th anniversary season, Jean Shepard’s classic holiday tale “A Christmas Story”

“A Christmas Story” tells familiar tale of Ralphie and his quest for acquiring a Red Ryder BB gun for Christmas.

The show features a large cast of area children and adults in a bright nostaglic story that’s sure to please audiences of all ages.

“A Christmas Story” was adapted for the stage by Jean Shepard, Leigh Brown, and Bob Clark.

The show will be directed by Norman Berlin III, and is presented by specail arrangement with Dramatic Publishing.

The production is scheduled to be presented on December 1, 2, 7 and 8 at 8 p.m.and December 9. at 2 p.m. at the Frances Marion Brown Theater at Fort Ontario Park in Oswego.

Ticket prices include: students and seniors $9 and. adults $14.
