Fulton Police say they nabbed a burglar who ran off before he could take anything from the home he had broken into.
Police allege that Jarl L. Brennan, 17, of 314 N. Sixth St., Fulton, broke into a home in the 1000 block of Cayuga St. around 1:00 a.m. Thursday.
A person living in the home woke up and saw the burglar standing in the living room. The intruder ran out a back door.
But the resident described the clothing the burglar was wearing, and within minutes, police say they found Brennan walking in the 700 block of Cayuga St.
The resident later made what police allege is a positive identification of the suspect.
Brennan was charged with a felony count of burglary and a misdemeanor count of attempted petit larceny. He was sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on bail of $15,000 cash or $25,000 bond.
