OSWEGO – Deputies arrested Timothy R. Moss, 29, of 414 Oneida St., Fulton, at 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday (November 14).
He was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property (credit card), 4th degree, a class E felony; Forgery, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony.
The arrest stems from the investigation into four separate incidents that occurred in the town of Scriba, city of Oswego and city of Fulton.
He allegedly stole the victim’s credit card and made purchases signing the victim’s name for authorization.
He also allegedly stole a firearm out of the victim’s vehicle, which was parked in the driveway.
Mr. Moss was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
He is to return to Town of Scriba Court on November 29.
He is also scheduled to return to the City of Oswego Court on November 29 and the City of Fulton Court on November 29.
