Charles J. Clew, 22, of 1100 Emery St., Apt. 302 was charged August 2 with criminal sale of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child. Police allege that on July 31, he bought a gram of marijuana and gave it to a 16 year old girl. Police say the girl became violently ill from the drug and had to be treated at Oswego Hospital.
William E. Blake, 44, of 208 Utica St., Fulton was charged Augus 2 with aggravated unlicensed operator. Police allege he was stopped for making a left turn onto Oneida St. from S. Fifth St. without using a turn signal, then made another turn without signalling. Police attempted to pull him over, but they allege he drove through a parking lot and onto Utica St., going the wrong way on the one-way street. He pulled into his driveway. Police allege his license was suspended, the inspection was expired and he had an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.
Michael D. Bonnell, 41, of 610 Buffalo St., Fulton was charged August 3 with criminal trespass for allegedly entering a home on Leitch St. without the right to do so and while ignoring requests by the residents of the home to leave.
Cody E. Calkins, 19, of 1 Somers Dr., Fulton, was charged August 3 with burglary and grand larceny for allegedly stealing jewelry and currency with an estimated value of $3,745 from a home on W. First St. on June 30 or July 1.
Lauran J. Granzow, 24, of 9519 Woodlawn Dr., Brewerton, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator, and unsafe lane change on August 3. Police allege she was in an accident along S. Second St., which they claim was caused by moving from her lane unsafely. Her license was suspended 5 times on 11 charges from the town of Dewitt and city of Syracuse, police allege.
Sean P. Heagerty, 31, of 419 Cayuga St., Fulton was charged August 2 with criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly possesing half a gram of crack cocaine.
Matthew D. Gifford, 36, of 225 W. Broadway, Apt. 1, Fulton was charged August 4 with disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling profanities while in front of Wilson Farms convenience store, with customers going in and out.
Shellee M. Coant, 53, of 354 W. Second St. S., Fulton was arrested August 4 on a carrant from Cicero town court alleging burglary and petit larceny.
Laryssa R. Lagares, 17, of 228 Holland St., Syracuse was charged August 4 with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia. Police allege that on March 10, while at the Riverside Inn Hotel, she had a large baggie filled with more 40 individual baggies of cocaine, weighing 23.5 grams total.
Mitchell V. Schuster, 18, of 1100 Emery St., Apt. 217, Fulton was charged August 4 with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child. Police allege he fired a BB pistol at a 16 year old boy, which cut him on the left shin.
Matthew W. Pollock, 44, of 401 Cayuga St., Apt. 2, Fulton, was charged August 6 with disorderly conduct for allegedly continuing to yell during a domestic dispute after being warned to stop by police.
Mitchell L. Majeski, 31, of 311 W. Third St. S., Fulton was charged August 5 with an open container violation for having an open can of Labatt Blue Light while on a city sidewalk.
Andrew D. Wooding, 27, of 3259 Fulton Ave., Central Square was charged August 6 with DWI and Aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of 0.18% or higher. Police allege he failed four of five field sobriety tests and his breath tested above 0.18% at the police station.
James M. Frataccia, 43, of 397 W. First St. S., Fulton was charged with criminal contempt on August 6 for allegedly violating an order of protection on July 27 by calling the protected person’s cell phone and sending a text message asking the victim to pay an alleged prior debt.
Kayla M. Samson, 23, of 358 S. Sixth St., Apt. 2, and Shawn F. Smith, of 358 S. Sixth St., lower apt., Fulton were charged August 7 with petit larceny for allegedly taking from the Byrne Dairy one of their shopping carts, filling it with a bag of charcoal, a grill lighter, a doughnut, a soda and a 100 pack of paper plates.
