Police Log: Fulton PD, Week of June 6, 2011


John L. Bigness, 43, of 1911 Court St., Syracuse was arrested June 6 on a felony bench warrant alleging failure to pay restitution as part of a sentence for grand larceny.

Michael-Ann A. Woolworth, 19, of 509 Pratt St., Fulton was charged May 6 with petit larceny and possession of a forged instrument for using an allegedly counterfeit $50 bill to pay for services May 26 at the Star Nail Salon in Fulton.

Gilbert Salazar, 28, of 152 W. Fourth St. S., Fulton was charged May 6 with harassment for allegedly spitting in the face of a woman and throwing a boot at her, hitting her in the back.

A 16 year old Oswego boy was arrested May 6 on bench warrants alleging failure to report for 35 hours of community service, and alleging failure to pay a $420 fine and surcharge.

Ryan Hollenback, 22, of 8 Lock St., Apt. 3, Phoenix was charged June 7 with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, unlicensed operator, refusing to submit to a breath text and marijuana possession. Police allege that at 1:23 a.m., Hollenback was pulled over for driving 47 miles an hour in a 30 mile an hour zone in the 600 block of W. Broadway. Police allege his license had already been suspended pending a prior alcohol-related charge. Police allege he refused to take a sobriety test at the scene and refused to take a breath test at the police station. Police allege he was in possession of a metal container of marijuana.

Joseph R. Clark, 23, of 378 Route 176, Hannibal was charged June 7 with criminal contempt. Police allege he violated an order of protection by sending a letter to a protected person.

Antonio P. Lebron, 19, of 409 Seneca St., Fulton was charged June 8 with obstructing governmental administration during an incident in the 400 block of Seneca St.

Nicole M. Kenyon, 35, of 521 Buffalo St., Fulton was charged June 8 with disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling so loudly she could be heard down the block.

Gary D. Vangorden, 38, of 221 Cayuga St, Fulton was charged June 9 with disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling at four people to “come and fight me down the street” while in the presence of a police officer at W. First St. and W. Broadway.

Santa F. Cocopoti, 38, of 1466 County Route 8, Fulton was charged June 11 with harassment for allegedly pushing a person twice, causing him to fall the ground.

June M. Atkins, 44, of 364 County Route 10, Pennellville, was charged June 11 with an open container violation.

Thomas L. Allen, 54, of 124 Oak St., Fulton was charged June 11 with aggravated unlicensed operator and no or inadequate lights. Police allege that they stopped Allen for having no headlights on at 5:17 a.m. and discovered tdhat his license had been suspended for not having insurance and failing to answer a summons in Volney.

Rachel M. Cayer-Hubbard, 37, of 118 N. Fifth St., Fulton was charged June 11 with criminal contempt for allegedly calling a person who had gotten an order of protection against her.

Kara M. Richards, 22, of 9250-5 River Rd., Phoenix was charged June 12 with marijuana possession for allegedly having a marijuana cigarette under the front passenger seat of the vehicle she was in.

Mary C. Munz, 23, of 69 Colonial Ave., Warwick, NY was charged June 12 with marijuana possession for allegedly having a ziploc bag of marijuana in her wallet.

Jamie M. Murray, 30, of 513 S. Fourth St., right side, was charged June 12 with dog at large for allegedly allowing her dog to run into a yard on Fay St. without an adequate leash, after having been warned by police to keep her dog on a leash and away from that home.

Benjamin W. Anderson, 28, of 33 Birch Lane, Oswego was charged June 12 with aggravated unlicensed operator, failing to signal a lane change, failing to stop for a stop sign, and uninspected vehicle. Police allege that Anderson turned onto Vanburen St. without signaling, failed to stop at the stop signs at County Route 57 and Route 481, had his license suspended for failing to answer a charge in the town of Oswego, and was driving a vehicle that had had its inspection lapse in April. He was released on $50 bail.

Nicole K. Kupfer, 21, of 66 Lock St., Phoenix was charged June 10 with unlawfully dealing with a child for allegedly buying a six pack of Bud Light beer to someone younger than 21.
