Police: Missing Man May Be In Auburn, Syracuse

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego City Police Department has received information that the reported missing person, Charles J. Rice, was seen on Tuesday April 8, in the city of Auburn.

It is believed he boarded a CENTRO bus around 2 p.m. in Auburn and traveled to the city of Syracuse.

The Oswego City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a reportedly missing person.

Charles J. Rice was last seen during the early morning hours of Friday April 4 at a relative’s home within the city of Oswego.

Rice suffers from a medical issue and it is believed that he does not have his prescribed medications with him.

He is 45 years old and a resident of New Haven.

He is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
