On March 10, at approximately 7:10 p.m., Oswego City Police received a report of a fight between juveniles which had occurred a short time earlier.
During the course of the investigation police reportedly obtained a video of the fight showing an adult female verbally encouraging the fight.
As a result, on March 11, Aimie Loughrey, 40, of 194 W. Eighth St., Oswego, was
arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A Misdemeanor) and Harassment Second (Violation).
Loughrey was released with an appearance ticket returnable to Oswego City Court on March 28.
Additionally, Oswego Police have identified a juvenile who was the aggressor involved in the altercation.
Due to the juvenile’s age, the identity is not being released. The juvenile will be processed through the juvenile justice system for an offense which if committed by an adult would have been Assault in the Third Degree (A Misdemeanor).
