Narrative:
On 08/04/2020 at about 9:20 AM, while at the City of Fulton Police Department, located at 141 S. First St., in Fulton, Joshua R. Deyo, was arrested on an arrest warrant issued by the Honorable David H. Hawthorne of the City of Fulton Court on 07/08/2020, which accuses him of the offenses of assault in the third degree, criminal obstruction of breathing, and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree.
It is alleged that on 01/07/2020 at about 1:00 PM, while at 4 Green St., in Fulton, during the course of a domestic dispute, and with intent to cause physical injury to the victim, Taylor J. Ziparo, the aid defendant wrapped his arm around the victim’s neck and applied pressure, then threw her to the ground where he straddled her body thereby restricting her movement.
The victim then lost consciousness for an unknown period of time, and awoke bleeding profusely from the face. The actions of the defendant during the course of the physical altercation resulted in the victim receiving an approximately half inch laceration on the left side of her face, swelling, bruising, and significant pain.

Narrative:
On 8/4/2020, at 9:44 AM, at 256 1/2 S. Seventh St., in Fulton, Keith M. Woodworth, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1st degree, Aggravated Family Offense, Criminal Mischief 4th degree, Criminal Trespass 2nd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment 2nd degree.
It is alleged that on the 8/4/2020, at approximately 7:55 A.M., while at 420 Seneca St. Apt. 2, in Fulton, the defendant Keith M. Woodworth, did engage in a verbal domestic dispute with the victim Danielle Reynolds, at her residence. The defendant did also allegedly damage the victim’s front door by loudly and excessively banging on it which caused damage to the door not exceeding $250.
The damage to the door allowed the defendant to enter the dwelling and remain unlawfully while engaging in the domestic dispute. The defendant also allegedly pushed the victim onto a bed and grabbed a car seat from the victim which did contain the child victim, A.L.R. (DOB: 6/17/2020), causing the child victim’s head to jerk to the side. The actions by the defendant did harass, annoy, and alarm, the adult victim and were likely to be injurious to the mental, moral, and physical welfare of the child victim, who was less than seventeen years old.
It is further alleged that Woodworth, did commit the specified offense of criminal contempt in the first degree, by violating a duly served order of protection, signed by the Honorable Todd of the Oswego County Court on 03/09/2020, which expires on 12/6/2027. The order commands the defendant to refrain from any criminal offense against the victim, Danielle Reynolds. The defendant violated the order by allegedly committing the offenses of harassment 2nd and criminal mischief 4th against the victim. The defendant has been previously convicted of the specified offense of criminal contempt 2nd on 12/17/2018 out of the Granby Town Court. The conviction was stemming from a domestic dispute incident involving a different victim.

On 8/7/2020, at approximately 2:42 PM, while at 141 S. First St., in Fulton, the defendant, Ryan M. Hyde, was arrested for the crime of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
It is alleged that on 7/20/2020, at approximately 3:57 PM, while at 214 S. First St., in Fulton, Hyde, did leave his daughter, initials A.H. (DOB 09/07/2019), inside a 2007 red GMC Canyon, bearing New York Registration DEX9654, without any supervision for approximately five minutes. The defendant did act in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of the victim.

Stoutenger, during a domestic dispute when he damaged the victim’s glass porch window, which was approximately two feet by three feet, which had an estimated value of $100.

On 8/8/2020, at approximately 1:49 PM, while at 501 Seneca St. Apt. 2, in Fulton, the defendant, Alexander M. Beeles, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
It is alleged that on the above mentioned date, time, and location, the defendant, Alexander M. Beeles, did intentionally make unreasonable noise by yelling toward uniformed Police Officers “do your fucking job” after being told several times to lower the volume of his voice.
The defendant did commit this act while he was standing in his opened doorway of his residence directing the noise outside to a residential area which contained numerous occupied dwellings and individuals outside of them. The actions of the defendant were likely to cause public inconvenience, annoyance, and alarm.
