Cop Logs: Oswego County Sheriff 7/15/2020

Wednesday, 7/15/20:

On 7/13/20 at 8:55 p.m., Kyle A. Bickford, 34, of 292 Shanty Creek Rd, Central Square, NY was charged with Criminal Mischief, 4th degree: Intent to Damage Property, Criminal Mischief, 4th degree: Prevent an Emergency Call, and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing following a domestic dispute in the Town of Schroeppel where he engaged in a physical altercation with the victim. When the victim tried to dial 911, Mr. Bickford allegedly broke the phone and threw it outside. Mr. Bickford was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.
