Wednesday, 7/8/20:
On 7/2/20 at 12:09 p.m., Alexis A. Elmer, 23, of 401 W. Broadway, Fulton, NY was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree: Hallucinogenic Substance and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree: Hallucinogenic with Intent to Sell, both B felonies. Ms. Elmer was a single occupant driver involved in a motor vehicle accident resulting in injury on 5/15/20. Ms. Elmer allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign, thus striking another vehicle occupying two individuals in the area of Co Rt 45 and Silk Rd. Upon further investigation, a Sheriff’s Deputy recovered a plastic bag containing tan crystals from Ms. Elmer’s vehicle. Lab results showed the tan crystals to be positive for Methylenedioxymethamphetamine aka MDMA. Ms. Elmer was arraigned in CAP Court and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Volney Court on 7/23/20.
On 7/3/20 at 8:53 p.m., Jennifer L. Skutt, 33, of 6 Chapman Rd, Mexico, NY was arrested based on Felony Probation Warrant issued out of Oswego County. Ms. Skutt was held to await arraignment on 7/6/20.
On 7/4/20 at 7:40 p.m., Clifford L. Thurston, 36, of 20 W. 11th St., Bldg B, Apt 7, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of the state of Pennsylvania. Mr. Thurston was arraigned in CAP Court and was scheduled to appear in Oswego County Court on 7/6/20 for further proceedings.
On 7/6/20 at 8:10 p.m., Gregory W. Williams, 43, of 235 E. Division St, Watertown, NY was arrested based on a Probation Warrant issued out of Jefferson County. Mr. Williams was turned over to Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 7/6/20 at 8:20 p.m., Kyle G. Hanna, 33, of 1003 Harrison St., Watertown, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Hanna was held awaiting arraignment in CAP Court.
