On 8/10/20 at 7:08 p.m., Robert J. Martin, 39, of 1480 County Route 4, Fulton, NY was charged with Criminal Mischief, 4th degree: Disable Equipment to Prevent Emergency Call following a domestic dispute in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Martin was held to await arraignment in CAP Court same day.
On 8/10/20 at 11:21 p.m., Randall H. Muir III, 23, of 38 Sundown Rd, Apt 8, Fulton, NY was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Criminal Mischief, 4th degree: Intent to Damage Property, and Harassment, 2nd degree following a domestic dispute that began at the residence and continued in a motor vehicle.
Muir was in a physical altercation with the victim, where he allegedly grabbed the victim’s neck with both hands, thus causing them to almost lost consciousness. While in the motor vehicle, Muir allegedly struck the victim and the windshield, causing it to break. Mr. Muir was held to await arraignment in CAP Court.
