On 8/10/24 at 12:46 a.m., Megan A. Haynes, 31, of Clay was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Volney. Ms. Haynes was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/10/24 at 10:08 a.m., Ethan A. Stowell, 19, of Mexico was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Stowell is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/24/24.
On 8/11/24 at 12:46 a.m., John D. Fink, 36, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Fink was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/11/24 at 3:00 a.m., Kristina N. Lagray, 43, of Scriba was arrested for Falsely Reporting an Incident, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Lagray is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/25/24.
On 8/11/24 at 6:49 a.m., Henry Jay Bonnie, 57, of Fulton was arrested for 4 counts of Petit Larceny following incidents in the Town of Granby. Mr. Bonnie is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/25/24.
On 8/11/24 at 3:01 p.m., Andrea Marie Myers, 36, of Volney was arrested for False Written Statement following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Myers is scheduled to be arraigned in Cap Court on 8/25/24.
On 8/11/24 at 5:26 p.m., Melissa M. Pitts, 36, of Chase Mills, N.Y. was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Pitts is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/25/24.
On 8/11/24 at 6:10 p.m., Laura A. Terzulli, 42, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and Harassment following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Terzulli was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/12/24 at 10:05 a.m., Jodie L. Meyers, 49, of Queensbury, NY was arrested based on two Bench Warrants issued out of the Town of Richland. Ms. Meyers was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/13/24 at 9:01 p.m., James P. Gibeau, 43, of Oswego was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Gibeau is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 8/27/24.
On 8/14/24 at 12:02 p.m., Jevan William Alvarado, 29, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Mr. Alvarado was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/14/24 at 2:11 p.m., Kathleen M. Tobin, 30, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego City Court. Ms. Tobin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/14/24 at 6:47 p.m., Casey Anne Preston, 32, of Constantia was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Onondaga County. Ms. Preston was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 8/14/24 at 9:33 p.m., Jamie A. Miller, 48, of Unknown address was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Jefferson County and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Orwell. Mr. Miller was turned over to NYSP Watertown for processing.
On 8/14/24 at 11:05 p.m., William James Donovan Jr., 42, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Hastings. Mr. Donovan was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/15/24 at 10:06 a.m., Courtney L. Ellis, 33, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Ellis was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 8/16/24 at 12:53 a.m., Kenneth S. Nolan, 40, of Hannibal was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Nolan was arraigned in CAP Court.
