On 2/3/23 at 12:30 p.m., Jonathan A. Woods, 31, of 4 Dausman Rd., Pennellville, NY was arrested for Forcible Touching, Unlawfully Dealing with a Child, 1st degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, all class A misdemeanors following the investigation into an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Woods is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on 2/17/23.
On 2/3/23 at 2:10 p.m., Seven J. Littleboy-Vaikness, 22, of 1648 CR 17, Amboy, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the City of Oswego. Mr. Littleboy-Vaikness was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on the same day.
On 2/3/23 at 6:33 p.m., Jeffrey D. Williams, 34, of 452 CR 84, West Monroe, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and six counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both class A misdemeanors following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Williams was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/4/23 at 10:21 a.m., Starr J. Donahue, 32, of 248 Dale Street, Syracuse, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Donahue will appear in Oswego County CAP Court to answer the charge at a later date.
On 2/4/23 at 3:31 p.m., Richard H. West Sr., 58, of 492 CR 6, Fulton, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor and on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court following an incident that occurred in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. West was arraigned and remanded to the OCJ.
On 2/6/23 at 6:05 a.m., Meagan M. Waite, 24, of 605 Ontario Street, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Ms. Waite will appear in Oswego County CAP Court on today’s date.
On 2/6/23 at 11:38 a.m., Christopher W. Vezzose, 32, of 22 W 4th Street, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident that occurred in the Town of Volney. Mr. Vezzose was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 2/6/23 at 4:00 p.m., Rusty D. Gates Jr., 37, of 36 Woodland Way, Oswego, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Rape, 2nd degree, a class D felony stemming from the investigations into two separate incidents that occurred in the Town of Mexico and the Town of Scriba that reportedly occurred May 2020-August 2020. Mr. Gates was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 2/7/23 at 5:30 a.m., Paul D. Clemons, 62, of 27 Schroeppel Road, Pennellville, NY was arrested for Sex Abuse, 1st degree, a class D felony following the investigation into an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Schroeppel in July 2022. Mr. Clemons is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on the same day.
On 2/7/23 at 6:32 p.m., Dillon A. Pollock, 23, of 29 Birch Lane, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree, both class A misdemeanors following a domestic dispute in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Pollock was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/8/23 at 12:47 p.m., Jessica L. Donoghue, 41, of 7 Birch Lane, Apt. 42B, Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Oswego Court. Ms. Donoghue was processed on the warrant and released.
On 2/9/23 at 11:56 a.m., Jennifer C. Brown, 29, Homeless, was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Brown is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
On 2/9/23 at 6:56 p.m., Tylor J. Skellington, 29, of 63 Crim Road, Parish, NY was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree stemming from the investigation into an incident that reportedly occurred on 1/16/23 in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Skellington is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court on 2/23/23.
On 2/9/23 at 11:39 p.m., Tracy A. Stone, 44, of 316 Utica Street, Apt. 1, Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Ms. Stone was arraigned in Oswego County CAP Court.
