On 11/26/24 at 11:44 p.m., Robert K. Weaver, 35, of Schroeppel was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Weaver was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/27/24 at 3:13 p.m., William J. Bentley, 50, of Scriba was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Bentley was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/27/24 at 5:05 p.m., Julianna Maria Perez, 23, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Ms. Perez was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/27/24 at 10:59 p.m., Christopher J. Kane, 43, of Mexico was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Kane was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/27/24 at 11:32 p.m., Tammie L. Porter, 52, of Fulton was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Porter is scheduled to be arraigned on 12/12/24 in CAP Court.
On 11/28/24 at 3:55 a.m., Andre Ian Burns, 20, of New Haven was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Burns is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/12/24.
On 11/29/24 at 2:03 a.m., Ronald P. Blasier, 30, of Parish was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree; Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Blasier was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/29/24 at 10:38 a.m., Jonathon D. Pastorell, 35, of Constantia was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Vienna, Oneida County. Mr. Pastorell was turned over to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 11/29/24 at 4:22 p.m., Brenda Narot Longok, 19, of Fulton was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Longok is scheduled to be arraigned on 12/13/24 in CAP Court.
On 11/29/24 at 5:05 p.m., Taelyr J. Worden, 31, of Sterling, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Worden was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 11/30/24 at 9:37 a.m., Curtis J. Relyea Jr., 42, of Mexico was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Essex County Family Court. Mr. Relyea was turned over to the Essex County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 12/1/24 at 7:19 a.m., William H. Whiteside III, 48, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Whiteside was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/1/24 at 7:13 p.m., Brittney Leigh Flora, 32, of Granby was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Flora is scheduled to be arraigned on 12/15/24 in CAP Court.
On 12/1/24 at 8:02 p.m., Austin C. Sgroi, 24, of Williamstown was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Sgroi also had a warrant issued out of NYS Parole. Mr. Sgroi was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/2/24 at 9:55 a.m., Anthony E. Batista, 29, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Batista was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/2/24 at 1:32 p.m., Eugene M. Georgevich, 68, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Georgevich is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/16/24.
On 12/2/24 at 10:46 p.m., Tina M. Wright, 52, of Oswego was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony; Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor; Petit Larceny and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Ms. Wright was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/3/24 at 12:11 a.m., Nicole I. Stewart, 24, of Central Square was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Parish. Ms. Stewart is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/17/24.
On 12/3/24 at 5:31 a.m., Johnthan J. Peterson, 39, of Albion was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and Arson, 5th degree following an incident in the Village of Parish. Mr. Peterson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/17/24.
On 12/3/24 at 10:12 a.m., Danielle R. Sheldon, 41, of Albion was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Ms. Sheldon is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/17/24.
On 12/3/24 at 2:28 p.m., Erin M. Becksted, 41, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Becksted was arraigned in CAP Court. At the same time, Mr. Becksted was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Cicero.
On 12/4/24 at 9:45 a.m., Taylor Ann Vivlemore, 28, of Oswego was arrested based on 2 Arrest Warrants issued out of Oswego City. Ms. Vivlemore was turned over to Oswego City PD for further processing.
On 12/4/24 at 10:59 a.m., Carson D. Allen, 21, of Oneida was arrested for Rape, 1st degree, a class B felony; Sex Abuse, 1st degree, a class D felony and Unlawful Dealing with a Child, 1st degree following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Allen was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/4/24 at 11:24 a.m., Nicolas R. Shoults, 23, of Granby was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Shoults was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/4/24 at 1:36 p.m., Shelby L. Cusson-Larue, 35 and Anthony W. Losito, 38, both of Parish were arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Parish. Mr. Losito was also charged with Petit Larceny. Ms. Cusson-Larue and Mr. Losito are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 12/18/24.
On 12/5/24 at 11:11 a.m., Robert John Smith, 37, of Rome, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Smith was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/5/24 at 3:04 p.m., Deserae J. Scarborough, 27, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Ms. Scarborough was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 12/5/24 at 3:21 p.m., Christopher B. Leavery, 30, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court and a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Leavery was arraigned in CAP Court.
