On 1/31/25 at 11:52 a.m., Charles J. Stanton, 33, of Oswego was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Stanton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/31/25 at 12:56 p.m., Brittany R. Stone, 37, of Schroeppel was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Stone was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/31/25 at 3:33 p.m., Rachelle K. Burger, 36, of Pulaski was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Burger was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/1/25 at 10:57 p.m., David Walter Abbott, 32, of Mexico was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Abbott was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/3/25 at 12:58 p.m., Chelsea J. Homan, 32, of West Monroe, was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Ms. Homan was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/3/25 at 4:40 p.m., Sheena I. Chesebro, 40, of Canastota, was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Ms. Chesebro was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/3/25 at 7:46 p.m., Jason R. Fellows, 45, of Fulton was arrested for Assault, 3rd degree and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Fellows was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Fellows was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Volney. Mr. Fellows was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/4/25 at 8:43 a.m., Richard A. Lambert, 36, of North Syracuse was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Lambert was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/4/25 at 3:58 p.m., Anthony W. Losito, 38, of Parish was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1stdegree, a class E felony following an incident that occurred in the City of Oswego. Mr. Losito was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/5/25 at 2:47 p.m., Margaret K. Perry, 36, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Perry is scheduled to be arraigned on 2/19/25 in CAP Court.
On 2/5/25 at 3:05 p.m., Angelina R. Gianni, 23, of Mexico was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Ms. Gianni was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/5/25 at 4:02 p.m., Marie L. Martin, 48, of Hastings was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Ms. Martin was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/5/25 at 6:45 p.m., Andrew J. Walts, 39, of Watertown was arrested for 3 counts of Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors, 1st degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Walts was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/5/25 at 10:42 p.m., Shurik J. Hendrix, 24, of Seneca Falls, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Seneca Falls PD. Mr. Hendrix was turned over to the Seneca Falls PD for further processing.
On 2/6/25 at 1:25 a.m., Jeremy L. Springer, 44, of Parish was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Springer was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/6/25 at 10:52 a.m., Billy David Redden, 28, of Williamstown was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Redden was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/6/25 at 1:08 p.m., Thomas M. Merriett, 46, of Fulton was arrested for 3 counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class D felony and Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony following an incident in the City of Fulton. Mr. Merriett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 2/6/25 at 3:34 p.m., Aaron W. Besaw, 52, of West Monroe was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Besaw was arraigned in CAP Court.
