On 7/6/24 at 6:43 p.m., Kennedy l. Barnes, 26, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Ms. Barnes was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/6/24 at 9:02 p.m., Shaun M. Salsbury, 45, of Granby was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Salsbury is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/20/24.
On 7/7/24 at 2:53 a.m., David W. Dillabough Jr., 41, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Mr. Dillabough was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/8/24 at 10:55 a.m., Douglas D. Haskins, 49, of New Haven was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego Family Court. Mr. Haskins was arraigned in Family Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 7/8/24 at 12:48 p.m., Andrew J. Macomber Jr., 35, of Lysander was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Macomber was arraigned in Family Court and remanded to the OCJ.
On 7/8/24 at 12:53 p.m., Randy J. Shoults, 33, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Shoults was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/9/24 at 9:41 a.m., Autumn L. Willcox, 32, of Altmar was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Ms. Willcox is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/23/24.
On 7/10/24 at 7:38 p.m., Latasha H. Mathis, 37, of Clay, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Mathis was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 7/11/24 at 8:47 a.m., James L. Jenkins Jr., 42, of Indianapolis, IN was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Jenkins is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/25/24.
