On 6/14/24 at 4:51 p.m., Ronald R. Gibbs, 36, of Amboy was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Town of Parish. Mr. Gibbs was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/15/24 at 12:20 a.m., Zachari M. Spagnualo, 22, of Hastings was arrested for Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle along with multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Spagnualo is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/30/24.
On 6/15/24 at 9:19 p.m., Andrew N. Clements, 35, of Cohoes, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Clements was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/16/24 at 8:05 a.m., Gary John Sechak, 62, of Mexico was arrested for Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Sechak was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 1/16/24 at 5:00 p.m., Brittany A. Soto, 33, of Scriba was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child along with multiple V7T violations following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Soto was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/16/24 at 10:24 p.m., Jamie L. Alexander, 35, of Central Square was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor and Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Unauthorized Use of a MV, 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Ms. Alexander was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/16/24 at 11:28 p.m., Kristina N. Lagray, 43, of Scriba was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree and Falsely Reporting an Incident, both class A Misdemeanors following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Lagray is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/30/24.
On 6/17/24 at 6:13 p.m., Robert L. Terry, 56, of Pulaski was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Terry was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/18/24 at 9:58 a.m., Gary E. Tanner, 54, of Parish was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree, both class A misdemeanors following an incident in the Town of Parish. Mr. Tanner was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/18/24 at 12:53 p.m., Michael P. Tielbaard, 32, of Schroeppel was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 2nd degree, a class D felony; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident that occurred in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Tielbaard was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/18/24 at 1:17 p.m., Derrick E. Southwell, 32, of Granby was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Southwell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/19/24 at 7:10 a.m., Dylon R. Brand, 30, of Glenfield, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Brand is scheduled to be arraigned on 7/3/24 in CAP Court.
On 6/19/24 at 12:00 p.m., Akeem A. Myers, 40, of Fulton was arrested for Prison Contraband, 1stdegree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Myers was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/19/24 at 2:50 p.m., Jeffrey J. Mitchelson, 42, of Oswego was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Mitchelson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 6/20/24 at 2:30 p.m., Telly S. Frazier, 29, of Syracuse was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Frazier is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 7/4/24.
On 6/21/24 at 5:37 a.m., Joseph E. Michaud, 38, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nddegree, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Village of Hannibal. Mr. Michaud was arraigned in CAP Court.
